Chocolate Cheesecake Slice

Chocolate Cheesecake Slice is easy to make and tastes absolutely devine. This is one of my absolute favourite cheesecake recipes.


250g plain chocolate biscuits
90g butter, melted

250g cream cheese
400g tin sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tsp gelatine
2 tblsp hot water
1/2 cup cream, whipped
125g dark chocolate, melted


Crush biscuits in a food processor or with the end of a rolling pin. Add melted butter and stir until well combined. Press biscuit mixture into a slab tin 18cm x 28cm that is lined with foil. Refrigerate.

With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add condensed milk, beating constantly. Beat in lemon juice, scraping down sides of bowl as you go. Beat until slightly thickened.

Whisk gelatine in hot water with a fork until dissolved. Allow to cool slightly. Beat gelatine mixture into cheese mixture. Fold in cream. Pour mixture over biscuit base.

Pour melted chocolate evenly over cream cheese mixture. Using the point of a knife, gently swirl chocolate through filling. Don't play with it.

Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares prior to serving.
